This November, the RAF Association will once again be represented at the Field of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey, offering members the opportunity to honour and remember those who lost their lives whilst serving in the RAF.

Organised by The Poppy Factory, the 98th Field of Remembrance will open to the public following the opening ceremony on Thursday 5 November. Featuring thousands of tributes planted in memory of Armed Forces personnel, it remains one of the nation’s most poignant acts of remembrance.

The RAF Association is offering members the opportunity to purchase a cross or tribute in memory of a fallen comrade, loved one or someone special they wish to remember. Crosses and tributes purchased through the Association will be planted in advance on the Association’s plot by a member of the HQ team.

The money paid for a tribute is treated as a donation and passed directly to The Poppy Factory.

If you would like to purchase a cross/tribute or find out more about the range of tributes available, please call 0800 018 2361 or email [email protected]. To ensure your tribute is included, purchases should be made by Friday 28 August.

If you would like to visit the Field of Remembrance, it will be open from Friday 6 November to Sunday 15 November, between 0830 and 1800 hrs, via the West Gate on the North Green. Opening times may be subject to change due to events or other requirements of Westminster Abbey.
