The RAF Association is delighted to welcome Boeing Defence UK, PLEXSYS, Serco Brize Norton and Top Aces as bronze sponsors for its global cycling event, RAFA Rides.

Boeing delivers leading-edge technology, products, services and capabilities to the Ministry of Defence and national security services.

Dominic Lyons, Account Manager at Boeing Defence UK, said: “We’re delighted to support RAFA Rides again as a bronze sponsor. Boeing’s partnership with the RAF spans the UK – from Lossiemouth to Odiham – so this event is a fantastic opportunity for us to support a charity that provides much needed support to those in the RAF community who need it most.”

PLEXSYS, a leading provider of modelling and simulation software solutions, has supported RAFA Rides for several years, demonstrating the company’s commitment to supporting military veterans and their families.

Nick Mouncey, Director at PLEXSYS said: “Everyone here at PLEXSYS would like to extend their gratitude and admiration for everyone taking part in this year’s RAFA Rides. The commitment and dedication of all those taking part to help support members of the RAF community is tremendous and we look forward to hearing all the fabulous stories from those who have taken part.”

Serco Brize Norton delivers extensive airside and support services at RAF Brize Norton and first supported RAFA Rides in 2024 as a venue sponsor. On seeing the value of RAFA Rides, Serco has pledged to support the event again, this time as a bronze sponsor.

Trevor Winchcombe, Contract Manager at Serco, said: “Being a bronze sponsor for RAFA Rides means a huge amount to us as an organisation, especially as many of our colleagues are former military personnel and members of the RAF Association.”

Top Aces provides advanced adversary air and joint terminal attack controller (JTAC) training to the world’s leading armed forces.

David Bradshaw, Director of Business Development – Europe at Top Aces Inc, said: “Here at Top Aces, we’re so pleased to be bronze sponsor of RAFA Rides again and are delighted to help play our part in supporting members of the RAF community around the world.”

Cate Driscoll, Head of Partnerships & Events at the RAF Association, said “We’re delighted to have the support of these businesses. RAFA Rides brings together a strong global community of cyclists who share a common cause – supporting serving RAF personnel, veterans and their families. Our bronze sponsors play a key role in helping us grow that community and make RAFA Rides 2025 the biggest ever.”
