Our Santa Run is back! This festive season Santas all over the world will be running to raise money for the Royal Air Forces Association.*
The first RAF Association Santa Run took place in the Falkland Islands in December 2017. Since then, the RAF Association’s fundraising team has been supporting RAF personnel to arrange Santa Runs at RAF stations in the UK and overseas.
This fun community event brings together station personnel and their families to celebrate the start of the festive season, while raising vital funds for the Association’s welfare services. Entrants get a free Santa suit (beard included), with hats available for under-fives.
This year, Santas from 17 stations around the world will be running to support the RAF community. Those running in the Falklands may appreciate the extra warmth of the Santa suit, but those in Mali may feel differently!
All of our Santas are encouraged to fundraise via a dedicated Just Giving page: Santa Run 2021.
*Obviously we are talking about pretend Santas. The real Santa is very busy at the moment.
